Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This Public Offer Agreement governs the relationship between ФОП Плахтій Олексій Борисович ("Service Provider") and users of the Znai educational platform ("Customer"). It is an adhesion agreement under Art. 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and Art. 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".

By registering an account or paying for a plan, you accept this Agreement, the Refund Policy and the current Pricing.

2. Service Description

Znai is an AI-powered educational platform providing tutors and teachers with tools to create and check homework, manage students, use a library of learning materials, and receive learning analytics. The service is delivered remotely over the Internet.

3. Access After Payment

Upon successful payment confirmation from LiqPay (operated by JSC CB PrivatBank), paid access is granted automatically within 5 minutes for the selected period (1 month or 1 year). A free plan is available without time limit within its usage limits.

4. Pricing & Recurring Billing

Prices are in UAH and listed on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically via LiqPay; the Service Provider does not store your card details. You are notified by e-mail at least 3 days before each renewal.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are accepted within 14 calendar days of payment under the Refund Policy.

6. Liability

The Service Provider's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period. AI-generated explanations and checks are auxiliary; final assessment decisions remain with the teacher.
