Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs refunds for Znai services provided by ФОП Плахтій Олексій Борисович.

2. Refund Request Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the payment date.

3. Eligible Refunds

• Service was not provided or premium access was not activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Platform technical failure lasting more than 48 consecutive hours during the paid period.
• Duplicate charge for the same subscription.
• Charge after subscription cancellation.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Service was fully delivered and premium access was active.
• More than 14 calendar days have passed since payment.
• More than 30% of the subscription period has been used.
• Account was suspended for Terms of Service violations.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email znaiteam@gmail.com with subject: "Refund Request — [your email]", including payment date, amount, reason, and account email.

We will respond within 5 business days.
